OC- Tidus

I'm not exactly sure what I was trying to do with this, I had created a sketch during school and wanted to finish it on the computer, however it completely changed while I was working on it, it was also supposed to be lot brighter. I could probably refine it more but I like how it looks at the moment.
Also if somebody has any ideas for a better title it'd be much appreciated since I'm terrible with them
